DetailsCocoa Powder is obtained by pressing Cocoa Liquor. After pressing, the solid parts of the Cocoa Liquor (cake) are ground into Cocoa Powder. Both natural and alkalized powders are available with a low and a high fat percentage. Our Cocoa Powders can be offered with a wide range of certifications such as: organic, Fairtrade, RFA and UTZ. Products with combinations of the certifications mentioned are available. Our Cocoa Powders can be used in a wide range of applications including baking, dairy, and instant products.
